The public pages do not require an account and do not collect personal information. Bookings happen on Airbnb or Vrbo under their own privacy policies. Place photos on the Explore page are loaded through Google Maps and credited to their contributors.

The private team portal

The portal at /management is used only by the owners and the people who look after the house. When a team member signs in, we store their name and email address, a secure session, and the work they record: tasks, messages, photos, and decisions.

Signing in with Google shares only the team member’s name and verified email address with us. We use it solely to confirm the person is on the team. We never read Gmail, contacts, calendars, or files, and we never sell or share this information.

Work records are kept as the property’s maintenance history, including for tax records. A team member can ask for their account to be removed at any time.
